Young Futures Campaign: Reaching More Vulnerable Youth.
In 2018 we launched the Young Futures Campaign to raise $2.5 million dollars over 3 years. The support of individuals and corporate Canada through this campaign will allow us to expand our programming with RCMP divisions across the country, and reach more of Canada’s most vulnerable children and youth.
The RCMP Foundation, in partnership with the Athabasca Tribal Council and BearPaw Communications, are helping the community of Fort Chipewyan, Alberta take a courageous stand against bullying and teenage suicide by promoting a traditional value that comes natural to Aboriginal people and communities – KINDNESS.
SHOW YOUR KINDNESS is a powerful documentary film which tells the story of a teenage girl bullied to the brink of suicide and her emotional journey back to family, community, and culture.
